tols.site is engineered so that all computations, file parsers, and conversion algorithms run entirely inside your web browser's local sandbox using client-side JavaScript (HTML5 File API, Web Workers, and local DOM engines).

When you drag, drop, or upload a file into any tool (such as an Amazon settlement CSV report, a DJI drone SRT flight log, a Label Studio annotation JSON, a 3D print G-code file, or an SRT subtitle file):

• Your files are never transmitted to any external server.
• Your files are never stored in any cloud storage or database.
• Your calculations and numbers are computed locally on your device's CPU.

Information We Do NOT Collect

Because tols.site operates on a serverless, client-side model, we do not collect or maintain records of:

• Personal Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, physical address, email, or phone number.
• Financial numbers, wage amounts, paycheck data, or Amazon seller revenue figures.
• Drone GPS coordinates, flight trajectories, or camera EXIF metadata.
• Computer vision bounding boxes, label names, or machine learning datasets.

We do not require user accounts, passwords, or authentication tokens to use any service on tols.site.

Local Storage & Cookies Policy

tols.site does not utilize cross-site tracking cookies, advertising identifier cookies, or third-party behavioral analytics beacons.

Browser LocalStorage

We use your browser's local storage solely for user interface customization:

• tols_theme: Stores your visual theme preference ("dark" or "light") so that pages render in your chosen style on return visits.

This preference data remains strictly within your browser and is never synchronized to an external server. You can clear this data at any time through your browser's "Clear Site Data" settings.

Hosting & Network Infrastructure

Our website is hosted on modern edge distribution infrastructure (Vercel and Cloudflare CDN). When you request a webpage, standard HTTP server transmission logs (such as your IP address, browser user-agent, and requested file path) are processed ephemerally at the network routing layer to serve static HTML, CSS, and JS files, and to protect against DDoS attacks. These routing logs are standard internet infrastructure records and are never joined with user inputs.

Google Fonts

We deliver web typography through Google Fonts to ensure responsive readability across mobile and desktop devices. Google Fonts handles typography assets in compliance with standard web font protocols.

GDPR, CCPA & Global Privacy Rights

Under the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA, users have the right to access, rectify, or erase personal data. Because tols.site operates entirely without user databases or personal accounts, we do not retain your personal data. There is no personal dossier or history to delete or sell.
